* Minor Flooding Is Occurring And Minor Flooding Is Forecast.
* Flood Stage Is 26.0 Feet.
* Forecast...The River Will Remain Near 28.5 Feet Tonight And Fall
To 28.4 Feet By Noon Saturday.
